Preparing papers for Journal of Physics: Conference Series
Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. Authors are asked to prepare their papers, and PDF files, according to the templates and guidelines provided below—and any specific instructions provided by your conference organizer.
How to submit your paper
There are two options for submitting your paper: direct to your conference organizer, or online via Editorial Manager™.
- Direct to organizer: papers should be submitted to your conference organizer using the instructions on your conference web site.
- Conferences using Editorial Manager™: by arrangement, JPCS provides access to a dedicated conference submission and peer-review system via Editorial Manager™. If your conference is using this service, details and the submission link will be on your conference web site.
What you will need to supply
The PDF file of your paper
Any multimedia files you wish to publish online
- JPCS encourages authors to submit multimedia files to enhance the online versions of published research articles.
- There are no fees or charges for including multimedia items with your paper.
- The multimedia guidelines are included with the Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e templates, but are also available as a separate download.
